After 10+ years of performing across the US and his native Canada, Jeff stepped behind the table to direct and choreograph for the stage and screen.

Pre-pandemic he spearheaded creative development and management of new projects with RWS Entertainment Group’s Theatrical Ventures & Ticketed Experiences division. Jeff was a resident instructor in choreography and musical direction at the Eugene O’Neill Theater Center/ National Theatre Institute, and has also worked closely with casting teams for Holland America Line, Disney Cruise Line, Disney World, Disneyland, and Tokyo Disney Resort. As Director/ Choreographer, his work ranges from new musical productions to workshops and special events, and he has choreographed and creative directed three national arena tours for Cirque Musica Holiday featuring dancers, circus artists, and a live 44-piece orchestra. Teaching artist work includes Disney’s Broadway Magic Masterclasses, StudentsLive in Guangzhou - China, and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory on Broadway.
